Tim Cashman

Tim Cashman is a third generation Las Vegan and a lifelong resident -- except, that is, for a few years in Los Angeles where he earned a Bachelor in Business Administration from Loyola Marymount University.

Cashmanıs working career in Las Vegas began in 1991 when he served as Regional VP for Cashman Equipment. In 1993 he purchased Cashman Cadillac, Inc., the only Cadillac franchise in southern Navada. Then in 1996 he joined Don Andress as co-owner of Southern Nevada Harley-Davidson, Inc. Today the partners own several retail outlets throughout Las Vegas.

Community activities are important to Cashman. "I firmly believe if you prosper from owning a business in Las Vegas, you should give something back to help other citizens prosper in the community," he said. Cashmanıs community activities include serving as chair of the Chamber of Commerce, director on the Chamber board, and a member of its executive committee. He serves as chair of the Gorman High School Investment Committee and member of the Major Gifts Committee for the schoolıs capital campaign.

Cashman was appointed by Governor Kenny Guinn to serve on the Nevada Electric Energy Policy Committee in 2000 and to the Ethics Commission in 2004.

In 1985 Tim Cashman married Denise Koval with whom he has two daughters, Samantha and Ali.
